"Checkout was slow and the terms changed"
The checkout did go through, but it felt clunky and slower than it should’ve been. What annoyed me more was noticing the terms seemed to change along the way, which made the whole thing feel a bit frustrating

I had a problem with my order and reached out hoping to get either a refund or a replacement. The replies took a while, and I felt like I kept getting passed from one place to another without any real answer. Eventually I just kind of gave up and accepted that it wasn’t going to get sorted, but I definitely wasn’t happy with how the whole thing was handled.

"Barely anything was in stock"
I checked sigmacompounds.com a few different times and pretty much everything I was looking for was out of stock or just not available. Kinda frustrating when the products are listed on the site but you cant actually order them. After a while I just gave up and bought from somewhere else.

My order from sigmacompounds.com arrived in disappointing condition. The box felt flimsy, wasn’t sealed properly, and the items inside were shifting around like there was barely any protection. For the price, I expected a lot more care with the packaging. I also had to chase them up about it, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Nothing was damaged, but it didn’t leave me feeling confident about ordering again.

I got impatient with how much they were charging for what you actually get. The prices felt way too high, and I kept wondering why I was even paying that much. Just didn’t feel worth it to me.

I was ready to place an order, had everything picked out and all that, but then I got to the payment part and it just kind of fell apart. I couldn't use my usual card, PayPal wasn't an option either, and at that point I was like... why is this so much work? Maybe it works fine for other people, I don't know, but for me it was just too annoying, so I ended up closing out without buying anything.

"Pretty much what I expected, unfortunately"
I tried using sigmacompounds.com and gave up faster than I planned to. I already had a feeling the site might be a hassle, and the clunky pages and confusing menu kind of confirmed that for me. Even basic info felt harder to find than it should be, and a few buttons didn’t do what I expected. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it was just frustrating.

"My order showed up wrong"
I ordered one thing and somehow got something else, or at least not the right amount. I went back and checked the order details because I thought maybe I clicked the wrong thing, but nope, what arrived didn’t match. It’s just frustrating, especially when you’re expecting one item and then have to deal with fixing it instead. I tried to sort it out, but it was more annoying than it should’ve been. Not really happy with the accuracy of the order.

The tracking barely updated, and the delivery date kept changing. What’s the point of tracking if you still have no idea where your package is? Most days I was just guessing, and then it ended up arriving late anyway.

I personally wouldn’t trust this site. Maybe I’m a bit cautious because I’ve dealt with sketchy-looking sites before, but the info here just didn’t feel clear enough to me. I couldn’t find much proof that it’s actually legit, and the whole thing gave me an uneasy vibe. Other people might have had a better experience, but I decided to stay away...

I was uncomfortable when the package showed up. It wasn’t discreet at all, and the label had enough info on it that I started wondering if they even tried to keep it private. Maybe I’m being paranoid, but it felt way too obvious and kind of embarrassing. I don’t think I’d order again

I placed an order and had a simple question, but it took support several days to get back to me. They did answer in the end, and the reply wasn’t rude or anything, but the whole experience felt kind of indifferent. I kept feeling like I had to follow up just to get a response, which was frustrating

Just a heads-up for anyone ordering from Sigmacompounds: the shipping was okay, but definitely not fast. My order did arrive eventually, but it took a few extra days longer than I expected, and the tracking updates were slow too. Nothing terrible happened, but if you’re in a hurry or need something by a specific date, I’d be careful and plan for delays...
